Yes, most new members start with zero lifting experience. Everyone begins with a free movement assessment and, if needed, our 6-week Strength Foundations block before joining regular classes.
Just trainers and comfortable clothing. We provide all equipment, chalk, and a water station on site.
Yes, your first session is completely free with no obligation to join. If you decide to continue, we'll walk you through membership options afterwards.
Free on-street parking is available on Fazeley Street after 6:30pm and all day at weekends. A pay-and-display car park is a 3-minute walk away.
All memberships are rolling, month-to-month, no lock-in contracts. You can freeze for up to 8 weeks a year or cancel with 14 days' notice.
