Nervous dogs are our speciality, not a problem. They get the studio to themselves, extra time at no charge, and we stop whenever they need a break. Most anxious dogs settle by their second visit.
A bath and blow dry takes about 45 minutes, a full groom 90 minutes to 2.5 hours depending on size and coat. You get a photo text the moment they're ready, so there's no waiting outside.
Bring them in anyway. Light matting we work through gently. Heavy matting sometimes means a shorter cut is kinder than hours of de-matting, and we'll always talk it through with you before picking up the clippers.
Weekends book out about 2 weeks ahead. Weekday slots are usually available within 3 to 4 days. Regulars can rebook their usual slot before they leave.
